Luftschloss - Märzen Style Lager with Estate Honey - 5.8%
Our Märzen returns with a deep, burnt orange hue to welcome the fall season. This bier perfectly balances the toasty richness of Munich malt, noble hop aromatics, and a delicate touch of honey from our very own estate. One sip, and you’ll be building castles in the air!

Zeltgeist - Tentbier Inspired Lager - 5.5%
When we think festbier, we envision a shining golden tankard of highly drinkable lager, so we set out to achieve this with our own Wayward twist! We started with a base of Weyermann Isaria 1924 heirloom malt, employing a single decoction to add depth and a touch of color. We then hopped it fairly generously with Seitz Farm Mittelfrueh and Tettnang. After a cool and gentle ferment, we lightly dry hopped with Loríen hops from the pacific NW. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation, this tent crusher has a refreshing citrus and herbal hop presence that blend harmoniously with the base. The tent is calling, and we must go!
