Project Freedom Ride’s mission is to connect unwanted and abandoned dogs in Texas & Georgia with families and rescues in the Northern US & British Columbia.  By PFR providing our Texas Rescue Partners with funding, networking, and adoption assistance, we are able to help increase the number of lives saved by giving them a second chance with families and receiving partners outside of their high kill states.  ​
